The master suite, located on the main floor, features a king-sized bed (or two double beds) with an adjacent bathroom, a Jacuzzi tub, and a separate shower stall. The main floor also features a living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a half-bath, and laundry facilities. The upstairs features two bedrooms, one with a queen bed the other with two twin beds, and a full bath. There is also a deck with a gas grill. Standard occupancy is up to four adults.

The four-bedroom Villas are three stories and feature four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. The master suite, located on the main floor, features a king-sized bed with an adjacent bathroom, a Jacuzzi tub, and a separate shower stall. The main floor also features a living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and laundry facilities. The upstairs features two bedrooms, one with two double beds the other with two twin beds, and a full bath. The ground floor features a second master suite with a king bed, full bath, a large game room complete with pool table, TV, hot tub, and a wet bar. The villas also include a patio on the ground floor and a walkout deck on the main floor complete with a grill. Standard occupancy is up to six adults.
