FAMILY GOLF

Available to Garland property owners and Garland residents only.

Dues: $3,000 (Early Renewal Rate. Expires on 12/13/24)  $3,500 (Standard Rate)

Initiation Fee: None

Benefits:

• Discounted guest room rates; some restrictions apply. See membership agreement for details.

• 20% discount on food and beverage and Golf Shop purchases - (golf balls discounted 10%)

• Up to two GAM memberships included with membership after you play 10 rounds

• Six complimentary guest passes for golf

• Ten reduced-rate rooms during the season

• Complimentary use of the indoor lap pool and outdoor pool

• Fitness Center Access

OPTIONAL ADD-ONS:

• Unlimited Cart Option - $1,700

• Trail Fee (If purchasing individual trail fee, $30 cart fee or applicable guest fee applies with an additional rider.) - $1,200
