  • Pheasant and Fig Pate, served with Grilled French Bread and Whole Grain Mustard

Second Course

  • Quail and Arugula Salad, Fresh Arugula, Apple Wood Smoked bacon, Feta Cheese, Baby Heirloom Tomatoes, Topped with Grilled Quail, paired with Balsamic Vinaigrette

Third Course

  • Juniper Marinated Bison, Savory Apple and Sage Bread Pudding, Roasted Parsnips

Fourth Course

  • Eagle Creek Rainbow Trout, Topped with Apple and Lingon Berry Compote, Toasted Farro & Quinoa, Saffron Poached Asparagus

Fifth Course

  • Huckleberry Cheesecake Topped with Frangelico Créme Anglaise
